Buying ahead of release
A preorder reserves the edition and items listed on its product page before they are ready to ship. Please check the expected shipping date, format, included items, price, and payment information before placing your order.
When will it ship?
The expected shipping date on the product page replaces our normal 2–3 week BookVault printing and dispatch window. It is a dispatch estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit time is additional.
What if the date changes?
We will contact you if we cannot meet the promised shipping date, explain the new timing, and give you cancellation and refund options. We will ask for your agreement to a delay when required. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will notify you and issue a refund.
Changes or cancellations
Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We will check whether printing or dispatch has started and explain the available options. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
